A little about me...
Hello everyone! I am Alessandro Melis, a passionate composer, producer and musician from Anguillara Sabazia, Italy. I was born in Rome on December 14, 1983 and since then music has occupied a special place in my life.
I am happy to share my experience in the world of music with you. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on exciting projects and I am always looking for new musical experiences. I have been fortunate to collaborate with incredible teams of professionals such as Biplano Studio & Audible's Amazon, Really Slow Motion/Giant Apes and RaiTRE, who have allowed me to create and express myself on always different and stimulating fronts.
Despite my professional experiences I consider myself an eternal student, continuing to take courses and participate in workshops with talented musicians. It's incredible how each new knowledge can enrich my way of creating music.
In addition to composing and producing, I really enjoy playing live. I have had the opportunity to perform and work on arrangements and productions with talented singer-songwriters such as Nevruz and Coronetta and showgirl/influencer Giulia Penna.
I have been on stage in various clubs, festivals and even on TV shows. Each performance was a unique emotion and helped me grow as a musician.
In the meantime, I also try to share my passion with others. For a few years, I have been teaching electric guitar, music technology and virtual orchestration, as well as theory, harmony and solfeggio at my school "OfficineZero" in Rome and "Key Music" in Bracciano (currently my official Steinberg headquarters) and first at "Ciak Point". It is gratifying to see my students grow and develop as musicians.
In addition to music, I have a degree in Law from the University of Roma TRE. I enjoy cultivating different interests and deepening my knowledge of the world.
I consider myself fortunate to have a good command of the English language and computer skills, which help me in my musical endeavors. I am comfortable using software such as Cubase 12, Pro Tools, Ableton, Dorico 4 and Sibelius Pro, which allow me to bring my musical ideas to life.
I hope my music can inspire emotions and make you live unique experiences. I am always open to new collaborations and exciting projects. I can't wait to share my musical passion with you!
